Global rank
Global rank is your worldwide position among all ranked osu! players, sorted by profile pp from highest to lowest. Rank 1 is the highest-pp player in the world; rank 100,000 has the 100,000th-highest pp total. Because rank is a position relative to everyone else, your rank can change without you playing — when other players gain pp, you fall; when they stop playing or lose pp, you rise.
Country rank
Country rank is the same idea but only counts players from your country (the country you've set on your osu! profile). Country rank is usually a much smaller number than global rank.
How TrackMyOsu shows rank movement
Each session snapshot stores both your global and country rank at that moment. When a session ends, TrackMyOsu shows the rank delta — both numerically (e.g. −1,234) and visually on the session detail page.
