By using TrackMyOsu, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

TrackMyOsu is a free tool that tracks your osu! gameplay statistics session by session. We provide the service "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or data preservation.

Your account

You log in via osu! OAuth. You are responsible for your account. One account per person — do not create multiple accounts or impersonate other players.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service (automated scraping, excessive API calls, denial-of-service)
• Attempt to access other users' private data or accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the service without permission

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

TrackMyOsu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to osu! or ppy Pty Ltd. "osu!" is a trademark of ppy Pty Ltd. All osu! game data belongs to its respective owners.

Limitation of liability

TrackMyOsu is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, inaccurate statistics, or service downtime.

Advertising

We may display advertisements on the site in the future. This will be noted in an update to these terms and the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
